DynaMate and IPercept Become Strategic Partners for Condition-Based Machine Service in Sweden

DynaMate’s nationwide service organisation and IPercept’s component-level CNC monitoring now work as one offer for Swedish manufacturers.

DynaMate, part of Enerco Group, and IPercept have expanded the partnership they started in spring 2025 into a strategic partnership. Swedish manufacturers can now get continuous, component-level condition monitoring of their CNC machines and the service work that follows from it through one partner, DynaMate.“We have built our technology to answer two questions: how is the machine doing right now, and what needs to be done? Knowing is one thing, having time to act is another. With DynaMate, the customer gets both the answer and the action,” says Karoly Szipka, CEO of IPercept Technology.

‍One partner for the data and the work

IPercept’s smart device tracks the mechanical condition of critical components such as spindles and linear axes. It shows which components are degrading and how fast, without any connection to the machine control or the plant network. DynaMate’s nationwide service engineers use that data to plan maintenance and carry it out before a failure stops production. Deviations and negative trends show up early. Maintenance teams get a clear basis for decisions and can plan targeted work instead of reacting to breakdowns.“Together, we help Swedish manufacturers reduce unplanned downtime, increase availability and strengthen their competitiveness,” says Markus Boberg, CEO of DynaMate AB and Enerco Mechpart.

‍Maintenance based on data, not assumptions

Production environments are getting more complex, and specialist maintenance skills are harder to secure. Decisions based on continuously collected data help manufacturers avoid doing too little maintenance as well as too much.“Too little maintenance means our customers’ machines risk failing without warning, while too much wastes time and money. With IPercept, we can take our condition-based maintenance to the next level,” says David Almér, Head of Division, Machine Service & Metrology at DynaMate. DynaMate joins IPercept’s network of industrial service partners, alongside MTT in the UK, Konecranes in Finland and Quant. Each runs its own condition-based service on IPercept’s platform, close to the machines and the people who run them.
